• 200 gm rice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 red chillies
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 inch cinammon
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 1 green capsicum diced
  • 1/2 red capsicum diced
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum diced
  • 1 tomato dice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Masala mix:
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 nch ginger
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

Wet grind all the masala noted under masala mix and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Put in red chilli, clove, cinnamon & curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds.

Now add the chopped onions saute till onions are light brown.

Add in the masala mixture. Stir fry for 5 mins.

When oil separates add capsicum and tomato.

Stir fry for a minute and then add lime juice, required water and put in the rice & salt.

Pressure cook till the rice is done.

Your capsicum rice is done!
