• 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cups of chopped leftover chicken
  • 2 large celery stalks diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup cashew nut or any nut of your choice
  • 1/2 cup finely diced apples
  • salt and pepper to taste

Wash the chicken to clean it of the previous flavors. Now mix the chicken, diced celery stalks, raisins, cashew nut, apple, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and evenly with a spatula.
