- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cups of chopped leftover chicken
- 2 large celery stalks diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup cashew nut or any nut of your choice
- 1/2 cup finely diced apples
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash the chicken to clean it of the previous flavors. Now mix the chicken, diced celery stalks, raisins, cashew nut, apple, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and evenly with a spatula.
